About 360 Photography

Established in 2005, 360 Photography's objective is to make professional quality photos available to surfers of all abilities. Whilst without doubt it is always exciting as a photographer to capture a professional surfer hitting the lip or pulling a huge air, to us it is equally pleasing to see the excitement of a novice surfer with a professional quality image of them standing on their first wave.

Based in Polzeath, Cornwall, 360 regularly photographs at beaches from Watergate to Bude on both the north and south coasts. The 360 van is fully fitted to be able to view and print photos actually at the beach if required. Our photos have appeared regularly in Carve and Pitpilot magazines and have been published in Windsurf, Wavelength and Kitesurf magazines, and the windsurfers Boardseeker internet magazine. A growing number of industry suppliers and manufacturers are using our photos for advertising and website images.

360 Photography use the very best surf photographers equipment. For land based shots a Canon 600mm telephoto prime lens (with a 1.4 converter for those big days out back) or a Sigma 50-500mm telephoto zoom lens are used with a Canon 1D Mk III (10 frames a second!), Canon EOS 20D or Fuji S2 Pro digital SLR cameras. Aquatech rain covers are used to ensure that we can keep working even in the pouring rain! When we get properly wet the watershots are taken using the very latest SPL waterhousing from the States with a Canon 10-22mm wide angle zoom lens.

As many photos as possible are displayed on the website, all are sold for private use only and remain the copyright of 360 photography at all times. To use any shots for commercial use please contact us for pricing details.
